"And we stunting like
Gucci Gucci, Louis Louis, Fendi Fendi, Prada
Basic bitches wear that shit, so I don't even bother"
Rapper newbie "Kreayshawn" just recently hit the blog & twitter world with her new song "Gucci Gucci" & with over 850k YouTube hits, it's definitely quickly getting recognized. Kreayshawn is known to associate with Souljah Boy and she's down with Odd Future, but after Snoop Dogg told her to contact him via direct message, she excitedly tweeted:
It makes you wonder, does being in the "hip hop" industry give white people the ok to use the N-word?
Popular white rapper Eminem made it his duty to avoid the racial slur & when asked why, he said :
"If a white kid came up to me and said it, I probably would look at him funny. And given the time to sit down with him I'd say, 'Look, just don't say the word. It's not meant to be used by us.'"
What's your opinion? I'm pretty sure people will still be listening to Kreayshawn despite her use of the racial slur, seeing as her song is pretty catchy & they enjoy her music. But, is it ok for white people to use the N-word? Is it pretty much becoming socially acceptable?
